The 8th China International Conference in Finance (CICF) provides an open platform to bring together scholars worldwide to present research and to stimulate exchanges on new developments in finance. It will be held in Beijing from July 4 to July 7, 2010.

TOPICS: 

Papers in all areas of finance are welcome. The conference follows the format of major international conferences, with additional special sessions on issues relevant to the financial development in China and other Asian and Pacific countries.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: 

Professor John Y. Campbell, Harvard University

BEST PAPER AWARDS: 

Two TCW Best Paper Awards, sponsored by the Trust Company of the West (US$2,500 each)
Two Yihong Xia Best Paper Awards (US$1,000 each)
The conference sponsors three best paper awards of US$1,000 each

PAPER SUBMISSIONS: 

Authors are invited to submit completed papers. Papers will be elected by the Program Committee consisting of a panel of international scholars. The submitting authors will be notified of the Program Committee’s decision by early March, 2010. Please submit the paper in electronic format (PDF files only) to:

       为促进中国金融改革与开放，积极推动金融研究和应用及国际学术交流，清华大学中国金融研究中心、麻省理工学院斯隆管理学院和长江商学院、人民大学商学院将于2010年7月4日至7日在北京举办第8届中国金融国际年会（CICF2010）。此次会议将为国内外的金融学者提供一个高水平的开放交流平台，以促进相互之间的交流及讨论最新的研究成果。

论文题目: 

       涉及金融各个领域的论文，特别是直接或间接涉及中国及亚太地区资本市场研究的论文。会议采用一般国际会议形式，工作语言为英语。会议专门设置中文分会讨论中文论文。

美国威信投资公司最佳论文奖2名 （2500美元/名）
夏一红最佳论文奖2名 （1000美元/名）
