第二届当代金融发展趋势与变革年会

The 2nd CFDTT conference provides an international forum for scholars and practitioners to present cutting-edge research and exchange ideas on issues in Entrepreneurial Finance, Venture Capital, and Corporate Finance. This conference welcomes submissions that demonstrate theoretical innovation, logical rigor, novel viewpoints, and in-depth arguments.

Our conference is supported by the International Review of Financial Analysis (IRFA) (https://www.sciencedirect.com/special-issue/328900/entrepreneurial-finance-venture-capital-and-corporate-finance). Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with the editorial team during the conference, which will help enhance the quality of their manuscripts. After the conference, the committee will invite high-quality manuscripts for submission to the special issue of IRFA. The editorial team will expedite the review process for invited papers according to the journal’s standard submission guidelines. The special issue is expected to be published in 2027. Presenting a paper at the conference is not a prerequisite for inclusion in the special issue, but papers presented at the conference will be given priority consideration. 第二届CFDTT年会旨在为学者与业界人士提供一个国际化交流平台，围绕创业金融、风险投资及公司金融等领域的前沿研究成果进行展示与深入探讨。本次会议欢迎在理论创新、逻辑严谨性、观点独特性以及论证深入性方面具有突出表现的投稿。

本次会议获得《International Review of Financial Analysis》特刊支持(https://www.sciencedirect.com/special-issue/328900/entrepreneurial-finance-venture-capital-and-corporate-finance)。参会者将有机会与期刊编辑团队进行面对面交流，以提升投稿质量。会议结束后，组委会将从中遴选高质量稿件，推荐至IRFA特刊投稿通道。受邀论文将按照期刊正常流程审稿。该特刊预计将在2026年或2027年初出版。注：会议报告并非进入特刊的前提，但参会论文将优先考虑。如有相关问题，请联系大会主席陈峻松教授（CFDTT@xjtlu.edu.cn）。

PART.01 Additional Publication Opportunity 更多的发表机会

The Financial Review 

The Conference Organising Committee will choose selected papers from those presented at the conference to be considered for publication by The Financial Review (FR). Within two months of the conference date, these papers will go through a blind review process. This is a “no-fault” submission option, which means that if the FR decides to review the paper and rejects it, the author(s) can submit the paper to the FR through the normal submission process. Papers submitted must not be under review at any other journals.

会议组委会将从大会报告的论文中遴选若干篇，推荐提交至 The Financial Review(FR)考虑发表。自会议结束之日起两个月内，这些论文将进入匿名评审流程。该通道为“无过错”投稿选项，即若 FR 决定送审并最终拒稿，作者仍可通过常规投稿流程再次向 FR 投稿。投稿论文不得同时处于任何其他期刊的审稿流程中。

Journal of Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies 

Following the conference, the Journal of Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies (JEEE) will invite submissions that clearly align with the journal’s aims and scope. Submitted manuscripts must present original, unpublished research and adhere to the journal’s author guidelines and ethical standards. All manuscripts will be processed through the journal’s standard peer-review procedure.

Journal of Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies (JEEE)会后将邀请与其宗旨与范围高度契合的研究投稿。所投稿件须为原创、未发表成果，并遵循期刊的作者指南与学术伦理规范。所有稿件均将按照期刊的标准同行评审程序处理。

PART.02 PAPER TOPICS 征稿方向

•The role of venture capital and private equity in fostering entrepreneurial growth and innovation;

•The impact of government policies and regulations on entrepreneurial finance and venture capital markets;

•The role of financial intermediaries in supporting entrepreneurial ventures and corporate growth;

•Advances in corporate governance and its influence on firm performance, investment decisions, and financing strategies;

•The impact of digital transformation on corporate finance and entrepreneurial finance practices;

•The intersection of corporate finance and sustainability, including ESG (environmental, social, and governance);

•The influence of macroeconomic factors (e.g., interest rates, inflation, fiscal policy, geopolitical risks) on entrepreneurial finance and venture capital markets;

•Behavioral aspects of entrepreneurial finance, including how cognitive biases and emotions affect decision-making by entrepreneurs and investors;

•Advances in financial technologies (FinTech) and their implications for entrepreneurial finance and corporate finance;

•The intersection of supply chain and firm operations;

•The dynamics of initial public offerings (IPOs) and their impact on entrepreneurial ventures and corporate finance strategies.

There is no submission fee. Submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by the program committee.  The authors will be notified of the review committee’s decision by April 30th, 2026.
